How do I invite a teammate to a project?

Viewer, Editor, and Admin roles for collaboration.

You can share any project with collaborators. Open the project in My Studio and press the TEAM button to open the team panel.

Roles

  • Viewer. Can open the project and explore captures. Good for clients, directors, or buyers who only need to look around.
  • Editor. Can add captures, annotate, and work inside the project alongside you. Editor seats count against your plan's seat allowance.

How to invite

  • Open the project and click the TEAM button in the project header.
  • Enter the email address and choose a role, then send the invite.
  • The person receives a link. When they accept, they appear in your team panel.

Invites are per-project. Remove or change a member's role from the same team panel at any time. Viewer access is always free; Editor seats on Professional and Studio plans have a per-seat add-on cost beyond the included allowance.
