My capture is stuck processing

Queues, wait times, and when to wait longer.

A capture moves through upload, frame extraction, SfM, and Gaussian training. The progress bar is the best sign that work is still running.

What to do

  • Wait. Long videos and complex scenes take more time. See the FAQ on processing time in Learn.
  • Queue. Busy periods can add delay before a job starts. Leave the page; the studio updates when the job finishes.
  • Status messages. If the app says the backend is offline, wait and retry when service is back.

Do not re-upload the same huge file many times; that can fill your queue. Contact support if it stays in progress with no change for many hours with no error.
