My share link is not working

Password, token, and loading issues for viewers.

Viewers need a valid link, a finished capture, and the right password if the share is private.

Fixes

  • Copy the full URL. Use the copy button in the share dialog to avoid a truncated token.
  • Password. Re-send the exact password. Typos and extra spaces are common.
  • Processing. The share page cannot show a scene that is still in the pipeline.
  • Load errors. If the page opens but the splat does not, try another browser or network and see the viewer error text if any.

Regenerate a new share link if you suspect the old token was rotated or expired in your org settings.
