When an upload does not start or stops with an error, the message usually points to the reason. Work through the checks below in order.
Checklist
- File type. Use a real video file. The uploader is not for images-only batches.
- Size. Stay under the per-file max for your plan (larger on Enterprise). Reduce quality or split long exports if needed.
- Duration. Trim clips longer than your plan allows before uploading.
- Network. Retry on a stable connection; corporate proxies can block large POSTs.
After a fix, try a smaller test clip to confirm, then upload the full take.
